Class Schedule

Depending on individual circumstances, some of our teachers may need to ask their students to wear masks.

The Art Center offers adult classes in a variety of media throughout the year, primarily in the summer months. These are taught by well-known artists from the area and beyond, as well as by Art Center artists. Intergenerational and youth classes are provided as well.

If you would like to register for a class, you can contact the Art Center by phone and pay with a credit card (during gallery hours), drop by the gallery in person to pay by check/cash, pay by check through the mail, or use online registration/payment by using the sign-up links provided below. You will be provided a secure connection to PayPal for credit card payment.

If you pay using PayPal, PLEASE include the student's name under "instructions to merchant" at the PayPal site. This will insure that your payment is properly credited. Thank You.  Art Center Members receive a 10% discount on adult classes.  Not a member?

Ever wonder how to make FUN whimsical artwork? You will do some prompts that will get your creative juices flowing. Then you'll learn some mark-making techniques to tie it all together. Sandy will guide you through her art process and you will have several small artful pieces on paper that will be made into notecards. All supplies are included! Great for any artistic level, and absolutely no experience is required. Kids 12 and up are welcome. “You ARE creative-you just don't know it yet.”

Our leader into the exciting world of “Creating Playful Art Cards” is popular Loveland mixed media/collage artist, Sandy Fritz, currently RV’ing around the country with her husband. Fortunately, she stops in Estes Park each summer to visit her dad, the Art Center’s own Bill Fritz, and enjoys teaching at the Art Center. “My art expresses how I view the world; full of life, color and emotion,” says Sandy.  â€‹All class supplies included.
