Carole Haslock has spent most of her life involved in the arts. After a BA and MA from Wayne State University she taught high school in the Detroit metropolitan area. Traveling with her family throughout the Midwest and West, Carole captured many visual impressions that would later become paintings. Working in watercolor, colored pencil and pastels, Carole has now painted the moments that caught her imagination.
Her works focus on quiet moments and she plays with light and shadows in scenes that the hectic world frequently overlooks. Carole has studied under Janie Gildow, Dale and Peggy Allen and Robert Gray. She may be reached at 970-586-6030 or 520-399-0201.
