policies and procedures established by the Art Market of Estes Park and the Town of Estes Park related
to this show. I agree that if accepted into the show, images of my work, my booth, myself or associates,
whether provided by me or taken by the Art Center or its designees, may be used for publicity both now
and in the future. Waiver: I understand that the Art Market is an outdoor event and subject to the effects
of weather. I also understand that as an exhibitor I am responsible for making provisions for the security
and safe-guarding of my work during the entire show. I agree that the Art Center of Estes Park shall not
be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather, acts of God,
vandalism or any other loss or injury whatsoever not specifically described herein, whether past, present
or future.
